Donie Wiley is the founder and managing director of In Pursuit of Potential (IPoP) to which he brings his great passion for people, their learning and development both individually and collectively as well as the growth and transformation of their businesses.  His main motivation in founding IPoP is to ensure the talent, creativity and possibility within the person is realised to the maximum extent.

He works with individuals, team and groups to draw out their potential in terms of  focus, synergy, shared knowledge and capability around a collective task or strategy.  Often this potential has either lain dormant for some time, has been forgotten about because of other priorities or has been underutilised in the recent past.

Donie’s approach is informal, open and naturally curious – always working to create the right environment for breakthrough thinking and origination.  He provides appropriate and informed focused support and advice to ensure best long term and sustainable potential is delivered upon.

Donie worked in the financial services sector for more than 30 years and for most of that time he was also a part-time university lecturer teaching in the areas of strategic human resource management and learning and development.  He has post graduate qualifications in both learning and teaching as well as in management and strategy. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

He works with a small network of experienced associates on more complex and specialised assignments.
